Diet and Exercise with Index Cards
Have you been watching what you eat or keeping track of your water intake?  Perhaps you have been
trying to incorporate more exercise into your day.  Or would you like to start now?

Well, I have been working on doing all 3 of these things over the past year.  I found that I was more
successful if I kept track of each of these things on a daily basis.  I used to use a sheet that was good for
all week.  However, I found that I could get pretty discouraged if I saw the entire week at a glance.  Using
this index card system, I am able to focus on one day at a time.  

The Bible says in Matthew to "not worry about tomorrow because today has enough worries of its own".  I
have decided to apply that principle to healthy eating and exercise. One day at a time, that's my motto!

there is not enough room for all the info you would like to keep track of, print this card on the blank side of
a lined index card and you can use the lined side for more details.
